Introduction
Mech Cut Super is designed for very high production. This machine is totally hydraulically operated. There are five hydraulic motors, through which the wire feeding is done (one on pay - off and other four on main machine). The wire is passed through these rollers. These rollers are mounted on two base plates.

The straightening is done after the wire is feeded through these rollers. The feeding is done with the help of four feeding discs. These discs are operated by individual hydraulic motors. And these motors are operated by the hydraulic power pack. The pay - off is designed for double coil loading. The scaling bar is 13 meters long and we can cut wire up to 12 meters in length.

A 100 kW power pack (1500 Ltrs) is provided for cutting and for all hydraulic operations
Four synchronized hydraulic motors for pulling wire
The discs are designed for pulling wire dia from 4 mm to 12 mm
A cutting is done with the help of cutter operated hydraulically
At the time of cutting the wire feeding will stop and the cutting will be done hence we can get more accuracy in cutting and the cutting tolerance is +/- 5 mm
After straightening, wire can be cut to any length up to 12 meters
The machine has rigid construction and requires very less maintenance as there is no friction between the wire and the rollers
Pay - off is designed for loading 2 tons of coil on each reel and two reels are provided on each pay - off
