MechCut 12 HV

Under our range of Wire Straightening & Cutting – Off machines, we offer MechCut 12 HV, which is a high performance machine widely used in the wire industry. Through this machine, the wire is drawn from the coil pay-off stand via two sets of feeding rollers and a high speed rotating spinner. The rotating spinner of this machine is fitted with five dies that are quickly and easily adjustable. This spinner is such designed that the mild steel wires (plain and ribbed) can be easily straightened.

The wire straightener machine is operated by a powerful hydraulic system with a pressure range of 100 - 150 bars. The length of wire, which is to be straightened and cut, can be adjusted with the help of scaling bar. Furthermore, the straightened and cut - to - length wires are collected in the wire collector.
