Master Gratings Pvt. Ltd. was formed in December 2004 with a vision to make innovative machines for Wire Industry. Our aim is to make Quality machines which gives high Production with minimum maintenance and lower Price.

We manufacture Wire Straightening & cutting off machines which are cost effective with high production & requires very less maintenance. We are manufacturing spinner & Roller, both type of machines. These machines can be used for the production of exact straight wire cut-to-length for plain and Rebar wire up to 12 mtrs.

When all is said and done, reliability is the measurement by which any manufacturer should be judged. Designing is the first stage of manufacturing any product. The more powerful designing leads to better product manufacturing. Our machines are designed on 3-D CAD design software. This helps us to visualize any defect or problem in that design at the initial stage itself. And it can be rectified and checked at the initial stage. Hence we do avoid rework and rejection of parts at manufacturing stage.

Therefore our manufacturing time is reduced and we go to the smallest channel to manufacture any part or the whole machine which leads us to on time delivery of the machine.

We provide comprehensive support and assistance after sale to our customers, both during the installation and commissioning period of our machines.

Spare parts are available, and can be purchased, for all machines supplied by us. We also give advice and provide assistance in handling spare parts requirements.
