Fully automatic PLC panel is also provided with all
safety features for running the machine
A 100 kW power pack (1500 Ltrs) is provided for
cutting and for all hydraulic operations
Four synchronized hydraulic motors for pulling wire
The discs are designed for pulling wire dia from 4
mm to 12 mm
A cutting is done with the help of cutter operated
hydraulically
At the time of cutting the wire feeding will stop
and the cutting will be done hence we can get more accuracy in cutting
and the cutting tolerance is /- 5 mm
After straightening, wire can be cut to any length
up to 12 meters
The machine has rigid construction and requires
very less maintenance as there is no friction between the wire and the
rollers
Pay - off is designed for loading 2 tons of coil on
each reel and two reels are provided on each pay - off |
