MechCut 12 LV

We manufacture and export Wire Straightening & Cutting – Off Machine Model MechCut 12 LV. In this machine the wire is first passes through one set of killing rollers ( in horizontal position) and then to the high speed rotating spinner. Fitted with five quickly and easily adjustable carbide dies, the rotating spinner easily straightens the wire from the coil. In the scaling bar the desired length can be set and cut. Finally, the straightened and cut wires are collected in the wire collector. Some of the features of this machine are as follows:
