Introduction
The wire is drawn from the Coil Pay-off Stand through the High Speed
Rotating Spinner. The wire from the coil to be straightened passes through
the high speed rotating spinner, which is equipped with five numbers of
quickly and easily adjustable carbide dies. The length of wire to be
straightened and cut can be adjusted as desired on the scaling bar. The
straightened and cut - to - length wires are collected on the wire
collector.

Introduction
The wire is drawn from the Coil Pay-off Stand through the two sets of
feeding Rollers and High Speed Rotating Spinner. The wire from the coil to
be straightened passes through the two sets of killing rollers. The rotating
spinner is equipped with five numbers of quickly and easily adjustable dies.
The rotating spinner is designed to straightened mild steel wire (plain or
ribbed). Our wire cutting machines are also operated with the help of the
powerful hydraulic cylinder with a pressure range of 100 - 150 bars. The
length of wire to be straightened and cut can be adjusted as desired on the
scaling bar. The straightened and cut - to - length wires are collected on
the wire collector.

Features
- The machine is fully automatic
- PLC Panel is also provided with all safety features for
running the machine
- A 30 kW power pack (500 ltrs) is provided for cutting and
for all hydraulic operations
- High speed rotating spinner for getting straight wire
- The spinner is powered through 20 HP motor and another 15 HP
for feeding roller
